Allowance Description
Brewery cylinders—painters (i) A painter in brewery cylinders or stout tuns must be allowed a 15 minute spell in the fresh air at the end of each hour worked. Such 15 minutes will be counted as working time and will be paid for as such. (ii) The rate for working in brewery cylinders or stout tuns will be at the rate of time and a half. When an employee is working overtime and is required to work in brewery cylinders and stout tuns the employee must,in addition to the overtime rates payable,be paid one half of the ordinary time hourly rates.

50% of the minimum hourly rate (including any relevant all purpose allowances. This will be paid in addition to the overtme rate when working overtime
