Allowance Description
Cold work An employee who works in a place where the temperature is lowered by artificial means to less than 0 degrees Celsius must be paid an additional 3.2% of the hourly standard rate per hour. Where such work continues for more than two hours,the employee will be entitled to 20 minutes rest after every two hours work without loss of pay,not including the special rate provided by this subclause.
