An off-duty employee required to ring for orders other than on a phone provided totally or in part by the employer,will receive an allowance of $4.41 for each call.

This is a type of expense allowance where we would expect the employee to claim a deduction for this in their tax return

This allowance should not form part of ordinary times earnings
