Today we're showing you how to review pay conditions in Employment Euro Payroll. As certified implementation specialists who work with the system daily, we know where to find every calculation detail. You'll learn how to access the rule sets menu, understand the daily breakdown, and view and verify which clauses were applied to your pay run.
What we can do is select an employee to investigate what clauses have applied to their timesheets. We can see next to the earnings title here, in blue, it shows the rule set which the employee has been assigned. You can select this, which opens up this sidebar menu.
This sidebar menu allows us to break down the clauses by each day or by week. All overtime and penalty rates are applied in the pay run, so if you ever aren't sure why something has applied, you can take a look at the clauses here to get a better understanding.
