Delete a Pay Run

To delete a pay run you must first unlock it (see here for help).

Note: once automated super payments have been made for a pay run, it cannot be unlocked or deleted.

To delete a pay run you need to:

  1. Click on the required unlocked or unfinalised pay period;
  2. Click on the 'Delete Pay Run' option on the far right-hand side:

In the dialogue that drops down, confirm by clicking the 'delete' option:

Once the pay run is deleted, it cannot be undone. Any related data cannot be recovered or restored!  

N.B. If a pay event has been lodged, you cannot delete the associated pay run.
