Do I need to seek employee / user consent for Noahface temperature screening?
Privacy and Consent
It is critical that you seek consent from people prior to storing their biometrics and temperature. By default, the NoahFace App manages that consent process as part of the registration process. Users are required to acknowledge a privacy statement such as the one below:
You should only disable the NoahFace consent process if you get consent from your users using an external process (e.g: through a specific agreement or a clause in your employment agreements). Similarly, you should only ever enable manual use if you get consent from users using an external process.
