Employee Satisfaction Report
The Employee Satisfaction Report can be found by going to the 'Reports' homepage, and finding it under the 'Employee' heading.
This report is a great tool for monitoring employee satisfaction over a given period of time. The results are pulled from the weekly satisfaction survey located in the employee self service portal. For more information about the employee self service portal go here.
Once in the report screen you are able to specify a date period for which you want results to be shown. If employees do not complete the survery (a simply click of an emoticon) there will be no results to display. If they have participated, the results will be displayed with the percentages of employees that are:
- Happy
- Neutral
- Sad
The report will tell you which week(s) of the year that the results are relevant for. It can be exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.
