How do I connect NoahFace to a breathalyser

This article walks through the NoahFace integration with Alcomeasure

AlcoMeasure Server

  1. Install the “AlcoMeasure Server” software on a local computer (the device will also need server mode enabled through the “AlcoMeasure Utility”)
  2. Setup the AlcoMeasure device on the server
    1. Right click on the AlcoMeasure Server icon in the system tray and select Manage Database
    2. Select Manage Devices
    3. Add a new device with the appropriate serial number
  3. Setup the HTTP notification:
    1. Right click on the AlcoMeasure Server icon in the system tray
    2. Under the database manager, select Manage HTTP Notification Configs
    3. Create a new notification with the following settings:

  1. Setup a location configuration
    1. Under the database manager, select Manage Location Configs
    2. Create a new config and under HTTP select the Notify TimeSync notification that you setup earlier
  2. Setup a device configuration
    1. Under the database manager, select Manage Device Configs
    2. Create a new config, selecting the device and location that you set up earlier
  3. Enable notifications
    1. Exit out of the database manager
    2. Right click on the AlcoMeasure Server icon in the system tray and select Server Configuration
    3. Under the SMTP section, tick the Email Notifications box
  4. Check that the server status shows the device as connected

NoahFace Access Point Type

  1. Under the NoahFace Dashboard, add the AlcoMeasure API to your access point type’s screen details.
    1. For visitor registration or hybrid visitor/employee clocking, set the screen details to:

2.    For employee clocking, set the screen details to:

3.   Enter the AlcoMeasure’s serial number into the access point’s Identifier
