Payroll release notes: Week 6 2023

This week our payroll product teams have been working updating several key features. Read on to find out more.

Payroll integrations

A lot of work goes into building features within Employment Hero Payroll and there are a lot of users that miss PU/feature update emails and don't know these new features exist. The integrations team have added notifications to the dashboard, pay run dashboard and after a pay run has finalised to let our users know of features they aren't using. They can easily dismiss any of these notifications, or link to the right page to connect to things like PensionSync, BEAM, IRD or any integration we offer. In addition to this they will be able to request new integrations via a preformatted email template on the integrations page. UK 8th Feb, Other regions 9th Feb 2023.

New non-reportable employer contribution option

Live 15th Feb - Currently, we only have one type of employer contribution option that is deemed reportable (ie RESC) by default. There is also, however, employer contributions that are not categorised as RESC so this work will fill in this specific compliance gap. This means that employers processing non-RESC employer contributions will now be able to report on this correctly. Read more here.
