Timesheets - Modifying When Approved

  1. Go to Manage Employees.
  2. Select Approve Timesheets.

  3. Approve Timesheets screen, make sure the status Approved is selected.




  4. Click on the approved timesheet line and you will see the Undo button appear.



  5. Click Undo.
  6. The timesheet will revert to being Submitted.
  7. Click on the pencil icon to open up the timesheet editor window.



  8. From the editor window, you can make the necessary changes to the timesheet.



  9. Click Save.
  10. You will return to the approval screen.
  11. Select Approve to re-approve the timesheet.
