What do I need to do in regards to Employee Privacy and Consent when setting up NoahFace?
Employee Privacy and Consent
To comply with privacy regulations, it is critical that you seek consent from people prior to storing their biometrics. As such, the NoahFace App does NOT store biometrics for people unless they have consented.
By default, the NoahFace App manages that consent process as part of the employee registration process:
While you can disable this screen, you should only do so if you get consent from your users using an external process (eg: through a specific agreement or a clause in your employment agreements).
It is possible to customise the privacy statement by specifying the "privacy" option in the Screen details of your access point type. For example:
privacy=If you decline to provide your consent, you can be provided with a
passcode to identify yourself.
