What happens if an employee does not consent to using biometrics?
What happens if staff do not want to capture their biometric data
Occasionally people object to the usage of facial recognition citing privacy concerns or religious objections. If you have staff that do not want to use facial recognition, it is possible for them to use NoahFace by manually identifying themselves on each use. There are three possible ways for NoahFace to be configured as follows:

Manual usage is not permitted.

Manual usage is permitted, and a photo will be taken during manual usage.

Manual usage is permitted, and no photo will be taken during manual usage.
If NoahFace is configured to allow manual usage, then the Welcome screen will display an extra button as follows:
Staff simply select this button and enter their identification credentials manually.
