Accessing your Payroll API Key

If you're using QuickBooks Online and would like to access your payroll API Key, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log into QuickBooks and click on the "Employees" tab and then "Settings"
  2. At the bottom of the settings tab, you will be able to see your payroll API Key

Alternatively - and if you are a non-QBO user, you can click on the 'Payroll Settings' tab and select 'My Account':
