Is this software I run myself, or a service?

It's a service. Our team processes your payroll for you, every pay cycle — you don't need to run the software yourself. If you'd rather do it in-house, see Set Up Payroll instead.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard is priced per payslip with a monthly minimum, best for smaller or growing teams. Premium is fixed pricing for 1–50 employees with more inclusions bundled in, such as onboarding and terminations at no extra fee.

Do I still need Employment Hero Payroll?

Yes, our outsourced payroll service runs on Employment Hero Payroll, which is billed separately per active employee alongside your service fee.
