  • Subscription Details (eg: Selected Plan, Credit Card details, Payment History, etc).

Collecting this information is essential to us doing business with you.


Customer/Employee Information



The NoahFace Apps allows you to collect information about your customers or employees. This includes information such as:

  • Name.
  • Photo.
  • Biometric data (ie: key facial features).
  • NoahFace Cafe: Regular Coffee order (eg: large flat white with 1 sugar).
  • NoahFace Club: Membership details (eg: number, type, expiry).
  • NoahFace Shift: Employment details (eg: code, phone, email) and rostered shifts (eg: date, start time, end time).
  • NoahFace Access: Group membership and access permission rules.

The NoahFace Apps also allows you to collect information about the activity of your customers and employees. This includes information such as:

  • NoahFace Cafe: The date and time purchases.
  • NoahFace Club: The date and time of entry.
  • NoahFace Shift: A record of all time clocking events (date, time, type, and photo).
  • NoahFace Access: A record of all access events (date, time, type, and photo).

Collecting this information is essential to the operation of the NoahFace Apps and to you doing business.


How we Use Information


Business Information



We collect information on organisations that use or may use our services so we can keep these organisations informed about relevant and important changes. For example, this allows us to notify organisations of updates to:

  • The NoahFace Apps.
  • Pricing
  • This Privacy Statement.

We may also contact you regarding other related products or services offered by us or our partners. If we do contact you via email, we will provide a mechanism for you to opt out of receiving future email communications.

We do not sell or rent your business information, including your contact details, to others.


Customer/Employee Information



The NoahFace Apps allow you to collect information on your customers and employees so you can:

  • NoahFace Cafe: Recall customer names, recall customer preferences, and track of customer loyalty automatically.
  • NoahFace Club: Recall customer names, streamline your entry process, and identify.
  • NaohFace Shift: Accurately and efficiently record time and attendance.
  • NoahFace Access: Control who has access to restricted areas and audit past accesses.

Information on your customers and employes is only available to you; we do not use this information at all, nor do we sell or rent it to others.


How we protect your information

 

Business Information

 


Information on businesses that use or may use our services are stored in our IT systems. We take your privacy seriously, and take responsible measures to secure this information. For example:

  • Network transmisions of data are encrypted.
  • Data is backed up etc.


Customer/Employee Information



Information on your customers or employees may be stored on your device, in the our IT systems, or in linked 3rd party systems (eg: your Roster/Shift Management system). Just as we take responsible measures to protect the information stored in our IT systems, you need to take responsible measures to protect your customer information, such as:

  • Ensuring your premises are physically secured.
  • Physically securing your devices (using lockable stands/mounts).
  • Backing up your devices using iCloud services.
  • Not sharing passwords between users.
  • Reviewing the privacy policies of any linked 3rd party systems.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Statement at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change be determined at our sole discretion.
