Garth is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience working for PwC and PKF before establishing his own accounting firm, Revolution Business Services. Garth then went on to work with Employment Hero Payroll for almost 3 years as their Implementation and Compliance Specialist before establishing Pay Cat in May 2018.

Martin has an extensive history working in outsourced payroll, having co-founded Alltech Outsourced Solutions - a company that specialises in supporting small to medium businesses with time and attendance, rostering, award interpretation, employee self-services and human resources.
