Allowance Description

A carpenter or joiner or shipwright/boatbuilder must be paid a tool allowance of $33.12 per week.

This allowance does not apply to vehicle manufacturing employees

$0.87 per hour

Notes

This allowance is paid for employees providing their own tools. The assumption is that the employee would spend the allowance on replacing their tools from time to time
