The employer of an employee who is required to supervise other employees must pay the employee a supervision allowance according to the number of employees supervised as follows:
(a) 1 to 5 employees—$43.98 per week; or
(b) 6 to 10 employees—$50.75 per week; or
(c) 11 to 20 employees—$65.86 per week; or
(d) Over 20 employees—$77.74 per week.

This allowance is based on performing a special duty or a certain area of responsibility
