A regional cabin crew member will not be required to work on a designated day off. In unforeseen circumstances, an employer may request a regional cabin crew member to work on a designated day off. A regional cabin crew member may agree to work on a designated day off and will be entitled to:
Substitute designated days off will not accumulate beyond the roster period after the one in which the substitution occurs.
$141.20 per day and a substitute designated day off within the current or next rostered period
This allowance is based on a working condition or a disability as part of working a shift.
Withhold tax from this allowance
This allowance forms part of ordinary times earnings
Include this allowance for payroll tax purposes
Include this allowance as part of gross wages
