Allowance Description

An associate required to be on-call will receive a minimum amount of $50.35 for each period of on-call duty. A new period of such duty will be deemed to commence every 24 hours if continuous on-call duty is required. 

An associate who performs active on-call duty will be paid at no less than the relevant hourly rate for the duration of active duty.
