Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Google Sheets extension ("Extension") provided by Pay Cat for the purpose of importing timesheets into Employment Hero Payroll ("Pay Cat"). By using the Extension, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Extension is designed solely for the purpose of importing timesheets into Employment Hero Payroll. It is intended for use by Pay Cat clients only.

2. Data Usage

The Extension reads and writes to the Google Sheets document it is executed on. It also stores properties to both the user and the document. The data accessed and modified by the Extension is limited to the specific Google Sheets document it is used on.

3. Responsibility of Use

You are responsible for ensuring that the data input into the Extension matches the requirements of Employment Hero Payroll. This includes updating your Shiftcare configuration to align with Pay Cat's requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pay Cat is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the Extension or resulting issues in employee payments. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the imported hours and calculated earnings before finalizing your pay run.

5. Data Privacy and Security

All data processed by the Extension is stored within your Google Sheets account. It is not directly shared with Pay Cat. Upon import, timesheet data will be sent to Employment Hero Payroll. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

6. Breach of Terms

In the event of a breach of these Terms, Pay Cat reserves the right to revoke your access to the Extension. In such a scenario, you will be responsible for finding an alternate method to import your timesheets for payroll processing.

7. Modifications to Terms

Pay Cat reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
