When an employee approaches the NoahFace time clock, the facial recognition technology automatically identifies and clocks them in. These clocking events are automatically forwarded to UKG Dimensions in real time to create Employee Timecard entries. NoahFace also has the ability to capture additional data (cost centre, labor, tips, pay codes, comments, etc), and transfer those at the clocking events.
The system works seamlessly offline in cases of network outages or poor signals, then automatically syncs all data and clocking events once the connection is re-established.

- Both NoahFace and UKG Dimensions are Cloud based platforms.
- The NoahFace App runs on-premise on Apple iPads and multiple iPads can be
supported over one or more sites as needed. It connects to the NoahFace platform via
the NoahFace REST based APIs and can run in environments with intermittent
network connectivity (automatically re-sync'ing itself whenever a network
connection is available).
- The NoahFace Go mobile App is available on both iOS and Android. It connects to
the NoahFace platform via the NoahFace REST based APIs.
- Administration of the NoahFace platform is performed using a Web browser.
- The NoahFace platform pulls lists of employees, jobs, cost centers, and labors from
UKG Dimensions to NoahFace via the UKG Dimensions REST APIs.
- The NoahFace platform pushes punches (clocking events) and pay codes to UKG
Dimensions via the UKG Dimensions REST APIs.
