Pay Cat and Brevity exchange employee data via API.

Name, email, and pay rate/classification data flow from Pay Cat into Brevity. Leave requests and leave balances are not currently exchanged.

Brevity matches employee records using the Pay Cat External ID.

Brevity supports a spreadsheet export of timesheets, and the export includes the headers required for direct import into Pay Cat/Employment Hero Payroll. Kilometres driven appear as a separate row from the shift.

Custom work types and service types can be mapped to Pay Cat cost items.

Active time has defined start and end times, and the sleepover period is split so it does not overlap the wake-up time.

Travel time is captured in Brevity and exported to Pay Cat as a timesheet line.
