Implementation Inclusions

SCOPING SESSION

• Detailed Scoping Session to understand your requirements

CONFIGURATION

• Employee data provided by you in one of Pay Cat's pre-approved formats
• Installation of up to three pre-built modern awards, including customisation to address scoped requirements
• Business settings configuration, including time and attendance settings
• Individual employee file configuration and mapping to employment contracts and agreements

TESTING

• Reperformance test of one historic pay run and comparison of pay slip values between each system

GO-LIVE PREPARATION

• 1 x Opening balance import (leave entitlements only)
• 1 x Refresh of employee data (prior to go live)
• 2 x Out of scope revisions prior to go live*

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• A maximum of 2 scheduled (30 min) check ins mid project
• Access to a customised project board containing outstanding tasks, communications and resources

TRAINING

• Online training course for payroll administrators ("Payroll Implementation Companion Course")
• Online training course for employee self service
• 1 hour tailored system walkthrough training
• 1 hour of optional meetings and training upon request e.g. ad hoc training on importing timesheets or rosters

*This applies to additional requirements beyond the initial scope of the project. Typically requests are considered a revision when they require more than an hour to address.

• Installation of any required pre-built modern awards, including customisation to address scoped requirements
• Business settings configuration, including time and attendance settings
• Individual employee file configuration and mapping to employment contracts and agreements

TESTING

• Reperformance test of one historic pay run and comparison of pay slip values between each system

GO-LIVE PREPARATION

• 1 x Opening balance import (YTD earnings and leave entitlements)
• 1 x Refresh of employee data (prior to go live)
• 6 x Out of scope revisions prior to go live*

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Dedicated account manager
• Fortnightly check-ins between account manager and client representative to discuss project status updates
• Access to a customised project board containing outstanding tasks, communications and resources

TRAINING

• Online training course for payroll administrators ("Payroll Implementation Companion Course")
• Online training course for employee self service
• 1 hour tailored system walkthrough training
• 5 hours of meetings and training upon request e.g. ad hoc training on importing timesheets or rosters
