How employee records move between Pay Cat and KoalaOne.
Pay Cat and KoalaOne exchange employee data via API. Sync is triggered manually by a user.
Bi-directional sync. Name and email and leave balances flow from Pay Cat to KoalaOne. Pay rate/classification and leave requests flow from KoalaOne to Pay Cat.
Sync runs when manually triggered by a user.
Staff are matched using their Pay Cat External ID.
How timesheet data reaches Pay Cat from KoalaOne.
Timesheet data is synced directly to Pay Cat via API.
The spreadsheet export does not have the appropriate headers for importing into Pay Cat/EH Payroll. KoalaOne does not use spreadsheet export for Pay Cat, as data is synced directly via API.
Work types are not currently user-configurable when timesheets are sent to Pay Cat. KoalaOne would love to catch up with the Pay Cat team to strengthen their work type/service type mapping.
Active time has defined start and end times, and the sleepover is split so that it does not overlap the wakeup time.
Travel time is recorded in KoalaOne and can be exported to Pay Cat as a timesheet.
