We are pleased to announce that Pay Cat has released an integration between JobPac and KeyPay. This will assist clients in maintaining their list of jobs and getting job level costs, all while maintaining payroll compliance.
The building and construction award is characteristically one of the most complicated Modern Awards in Australia. It is also often replaced with unionised enterprise agreements which can lead to onerous calculation requirements for construction firms. The KeyPay / JobPac Integration brings the best of both worlds together.
What is JobPac?
JobPac allows firms to easily:
- Track job and labour costs;
- Maintain AP;
- Realise AR;
- Maintain General ledger and cash management efficiencies;
- Better manage subcontractors, materials and equipment;
- Utilise business forecasting and built-in business intelligence tools
KeyPay and the Construction Industry
KeyPay extends on JobPac’s native payroll module and incorporates rostering, time and attendance, payroll and reporting into one system, with Australia's most flexible pay condition rule engine. Supporting this, Pay Cat exclusively has the Building and Construction Award template available to our KeyPay clients.
While JobPac has it's own payroll module, KeyPay extends on JobPac’s native payroll module and incorporates rostering, time and attendance, payroll and reporting into one system. KeyPay also complies inbuilt with Australia's most flexible pay condition rule engine. Supporting this, Pay Cat exclusively has the Building and Construction Award template available to our KeyPay clients.
How does the JobPac Integration work?
And we haven’t forgotten about supervisors either! If a supervisor is marked as the project manager in JobPac, they will automatically receive access to rostering, timesheet approvals etc for only the jobs they manage.
When you’re ready to import your timesheets for job costing analysis and billing purposes, Pay Cat have produced a report you can run instantly or on a schedule, which will be in a validated JobPac importable format.
What do you need to use the integration?
You will also need a KeyPay licence under the Pay Cat brand. This will allow you access to both the Building and Construction Award, and the middleware required to perform the job and cost item sync.
