Monthly Subscription

Credit Card and Direct Debit

 

I understand I'm enrolling in a monthly subscription program, and I authorise Pay Cat via electronic signature to charge my credit card account the monthly amount each month for the next 12 months. I understand that this is an annual subscription and I can cancel my subscription with written notice on or prior to one year from the date of commencing the subscription. I understand that the annual subscription will automatically renew after one year.

Direct Debit Payments

I request and authorise Pay Cat) to arrange a debit to my nominated account the amount Pay Cat has deemed payable by me. This debit will be subject to the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement. I understand and agree to the terms governing the debit arrangements as set out in this request and in the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

 

Direct Debit Request Service Agreement

Upon agreeing to the Direct Debit terms, your provided bank account will be debited for the QuickBooks Online service you have subscribed to. If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency then Pay Cat will notify you at least 14 days in advance before debiting your account. It is your responsibility to have sufficient clear funds in your bank account by the due date. If the drawing is dishonoured (e.g. due to insufficient funds) then any fees levied by your financial institution will be your responsibility. Please note that debit date is not always a business day and if you are unsure of the withdrawal date then please reach out to your financial institution. Intuit Australia PTY Limited cannot allow deferment of payment, however you can update your payment method at any time by logging into your account and updating your account settings. You can also request cancellation of service through account settings; service will be terminated by next billing cycle and will not be charged going forward.
