Mining Industry Award 2010 [MA000011]

Employees will be paid an allowance of $36.82 per week which will be paid for all purposes.
The industry allowance recognises and is in payment for all aspects of work in the industry,including but not limited to the location and nature of mining operations,clothing,dirt,wet,height,fumes,heat,cold,confined space,and all other disabilities not expressly dealt with under clause 18.
$0.97 per hour
This isn't technically an allowance, more a payment for hours worked
Withhold tax from these payments
Include super to the extent that it is within ordinary hours
Include this allowance for payroll tax purposes
Include this as part of gross wages
