Allowance Description

An employee must be paid an allowance of $0.60 per hour for each hour worked in a foundry,to compensate for all disagreeable features associated with foundry work including heat,fumes,atmospheric conditions,sparks,dampness,confined spaces and noise.

What to pay

$0.60 per hour for the time spent working in a foundry, while foundry production work is being done
