Employees employed at their current place of work prior to 8 August 1991 working for more than one hour in the shade in places where the temperature is raised by artificial means will be paid the following amounts where the temperature exceeds 40°C but does not exceed 46°C, they must receive an allowance of $0.56 per hour or part thereof.
