Allowance Description
An employee engaged in work carried out on a production plant in chemical works or acid plants or acid furnaces, stills or towers which have been commissioned must be paid an additional $3.06 rate per hour. This special rate will not apply to an employee who receives the lead burning allowance prescribed in clause 21.4(c).
