Allowance Description

An employee who has been trained to provide first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St John Ambulance or similar body will be paid an allowance of $21.04 per week if required by their employer to perform first aid duties. This allowance will not be payable to an employee who is classified as a stevedoring employee Grade 3 who performs first aid duties as a primary function.

$0.60 per hour up to a maximum of $21.04 per week
