An employee will be paid an additional hourly allowance for each hour in which work under adverse working conditions (as defined in clause 19.2(c)(iv)) is performed as follows:
●Level 1 working conditions—$0.95 per hour; or
●Level 2 working conditions—$1.36 per hour; or
●Level 3 working conditions—$13.59 per hour.
$0.95 per hour
This allowance is based on a working condition or a disability as part of working a shift.

This allowance forms part of ordinary times earnings
