Noahface has a range of feature's to assist you with keeping your timesheets compliant. In this article, we will be exploring some of these features.
Attestations
As workplace compliance becomes increasingly important, employers are now asking employees to complete attestations when they leave the work site or clock out for the day. These attestations might include confirming that they took their rest breaks, were injury-free, had no safety concerns, or documented whether they administered medication to a patient during a home visit.
This process creates an audit trail that can be tracked within NoahFace and optionally integrated with Paycat Payroll, providing a record that can be reviewed in the event of any future disputes.
Attestations are available to all NoahFace customers on Advanced or Enterprise Plans.
Policies
The Policies screen is used to ensure compliance with a set of policies or conditions of entry which the employee will have to fill in before permitted to clock in. There are two formats that can be used for policies;
1. Check Box
2. Yes/ No
Policies are available to all NoahFace customers on Advanced or Enterprise Plans.
Roster Integration
Roster integration empowers employers to better enforce on-time and on-schedule clocking, as well as providing employees with more at-a-glance information about their scheduled shifts.
NoahFace now validates clocking attempts against each worker's rostered shift, as configured in EH Payroll. This means workers will not be able to clock in too early or too late – our system ensures adherence to schedules by preventing clock-ins outside of an company-approved window (for instance, no more than more than 15 minutes before a shift is scheduled to begin).If you are interested in implementing any of these compliance features in your business, please contact support@paycat.com.au for assistance.
